Prize City Gaming Redemption Rules

Welcome to the Prize City Gaming Redemption System! These rules govern how you can redeem Prize City Dollars, only for prizes available on our platform. By participating in the redemption process, you agree to the following terms:

1. Holding Period for Prize City Dollars
Prize City Dollars must be held in your account for a minimum of 10 days before they can be redeemed for prizes. This holding period is required to ensure compliance with platform policies and to prevent any fraudulent activity.

2. Prize Redemption and Delivery
When redeeming Prize City Dollars for physical prizes, the prize will be mailed to the shipping address provided in your account.

  • Minimum delivery time: Prizes shipped via standard shipping will take a minimum of 5 days for delivery after the redemption request is processed.
  • Maximum delivery time: Depending on the destination, prize deliveries can take up to 3 weeks.

3. No Cash Redemption
Prize City Dollars have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash. They can only be used to redeem items from the Prize City Gaming Prize Page.

• Prize City Dollars are strictly for use within the Prize City Gaming platform and cannot be exchanged for real-world money or converted back into cash.

4. Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Compliance
All activities involving Prize City Dollars are subject to strict Anti-Money Laundering (AML) protocols. Users who engage in behavior consistent with money laundering, fraud, or any illicit activity will have their account suspended, and any redemption requests will be denied.

5. General Redemption Conditions

• Final and Binding: All redemptions are final. Once Prize City Dollars are exchanged for prizes, no returns or refunds will be accepted.
• Availability of Prizes: All prizes are subject to availability. In the event that a prize becomes unavailable after your redemption, Prize City Gaming reserves the right to substitute an equivalent prize of equal or lesser value.
• Redemption Abuse: Any attempt to abuse or manipulate the redemption system, including frequent prize redemptions, fraudulent activity, or evasion of AML/KYC requirements, may result in account suspension, termination, and forfeiture of any Prize City Dollars.

6. Compliance with Applicable Laws
Prize City Gaming is committed to complying with all relevant laws and regulations, including but not limited to anti-money laundering (AML) laws, gambling regulations, and laws governing the exchange of digital assets.

• All redemptions are for prizes only and not for cash. Users are prohibited from using the platform for any illegal activities or activities that may violate applicable laws.

Monitoring and Reporting: In compliance with AML laws and other regulations, Prize City Gaming reserves the right to monitor and report any suspicious transactions or activities to the appropriate authorities. This includes, but is not limited to, cases of money laundering, fraud, or suspicious patterns of prize redemptions.

7. Changes to Redemption Rules
Prize City Gaming reserves the right to modify or update these Redemption Rules at any time. Any changes will be posted on the platform, and your continued use of the platform after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated rules.

By using the Prize City Gaming platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Redemption Rules, including the anti-money laundering and gambling compliance policies. If you do not agree to any part of these rules, you must refrain from participating in the redemption process.
